I had went to this tractor supply on 1/30/21 for vaccines through the pop up clinic. Upon arriving I asked 2 staff members where and what I should do since it was my first time. I was told to stand by certain doors and wait. Well, I did as told and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes since they were running late and never called. Wendy passed multiple times telling us updates that she has had them not show before, but she was trying to contact them. At no point was anyone told to register to get your place in line. Instead the 12 or so people stayed in a single file line. After being 40 minutes late, the technician came in to tell us we need to register or we will not be serviced. To where my first in line status went to 8th. I explained I had waited first in line for over an hour and 10 minutes and the supposed supervisor of the clinic told me there was nothing she could do since she has to go through the online list? Nicole Blackman was the supervisor, but as they are supposed to be licensed (and I am not finding her license) I am sure it was a fake name I was given. The entire system was ridiculous, rude, unmanaged, and a disgrace to veterinary medicine.
