Mavis Discount Tire

This date 10/12/20, I called for appt, was told by rather rude manager, Robert, to stop in which I did.
At desk was a very helpful young man, didn't get his name, told him I needed my snows put on front and to keep the old tires.
He asked if I'd like them aligned and I agreed for $69.95, I agreed.
Later he came out and said my power steering needs changing, I agreed.
Then Robert comes out with a bill of sorts with no monetary break down, of $208.56. I was expecting half that and asked for a breakdown, and he got very rude and surly, would not give me a printed breakdown and would not tell me his last name. I was overcharged- there are items listed on the bill that I had not approved and have no idea what the charges were for the work I wanted.
This "manager" was actually very frightening and threatening so I paid what he asked for and left. I would like a full accounting of my bill and possible this creep to be fired.
