2 weeks ago I was there 4 days in a row for bad service and communication. I wrote a review and somehow it got back to the manager. He called me and apologize and gave me a $150 credit. Sunday I called and asked if they would have time Monday for an oil change and inspection if I dropped it off early morning. I was told yes. I dropped it off at 6:45am
And walked to wrk. I arrived back at 3:45 and it hadn’t been touched. They said I was next. 3 cars in and out later. I left there at 5:15. This is absolutely ridiculous! It’s a shame because it was so convenient for me but I promise I will never go back as I’m sure other that were there won’t either. One couple was there 3 hours for an install and another guy 4 hours for an oil change. Please do not have that manager call me. I’m done!
Desired outcome: They need to communicate better with the customers and don’t take on so much work, be honest!
