ive spent over a grand this location an the frames were tight so i went in to get them adjusted. they barely put the screw back in an i lost the screw. so i went back again an she basically told me to [censored] off an to look it up myself to get a new screw. ive never been treated like this by a manager. i cant even believe you guys let her be the face of your brand. she was beyond out of line. an she needed to help me more. cartier is NOT in relations with you guys an you should inform a customer that it would hell to get your glasses repaired since you guys ARENT affiliated with them. im extremely frustrated because i dont live in new york so i have to fly back out here to get my glasses back.
i love my glasses i want to keep them but honestly why must it be so hard to help me out.
