On Saturday November 8th I took my car to the Paragon Honda service center to get a quote on a few things that I knew the car needed. They mentioned they were busy and would try to take a look at it. Later that day they called back giving me the most unreasonable quote I have ever heard about in my entire life. I told them specifically that I did NOT want them to do anything to the car. It simply wasn't worth it. I asked when I could pick it up and they told me they were about to close. I went Sunday morning, November 9th at 8:30 am to pick up the car. When I got there they charged me a ridiculous price and when I asked them why they said because I authorized a wheel alignment on the car. NO I DIDN'T. I had to pay them in order to get my car back. In addition to that the wheel alignment was done completely wrong. Now instead of the wheel tilting to the right side, it tilts to the left. They refuse to fix the car. I am now going to file a major complaint with every possible bureau in the state. "Customer Service is our priority" yeah right. I would never recommend this place to any customer and I will make it my personal business to go after them for what they did to me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
