Alamo Rent A Car - Refusal to rent a car without a valid reason

Description:
Alamo Rent a Car refused to rent me a car solely based on the expiration date of my driver's license. The expiration date on my driver's license is May 2020. However, the NY DMV has issued an extension for driver's licenses expired after March 31, 2020 due to the coronavirus. Fact check reference: https://dmv.ny.gov/more-info/dmv-reopening-guidance
I showed the clerk and her manager the DMV website stating the extension. They did not rent me the car and asked me to leave.
