On 6/1/23 i went to Tmobile @ 302 E Sanford Blvd, Mount Vernon, NY 10550 to inquire about starting an account, my prior phone with Metro PCS was broken at the time. Tmobile employee initiated the account, I was charged $75.62 and $5.02. The Tmobile employee said i needed to go to Metro PCS and retrieve my account # and bring it back. I went accross the street to Metro PCS to get my account # and MetroPCS negotiated a better deal so i decided to stay with them. I went back to Tmobile informed the employee i was no longer interested in their service, the employee said they canceled the account and i needed to call Tmobile customer service for my refund. I called Tmobile found out nothing was canceled and their was an account established in my name, although i left the store with nothing. I filed dispute and Tmobile corporate called me and advised me they would cancel account and take me out of collections, but i needed to dispute the intial charges with my bank, which i did. I go a temporary credit from my bank which they are going to reverse stating charges were legitimate although i never received another or any services from Tmobile and i am requesting my refund from Tmobile.
