Stop & Shop - Bahama bo's ocean breeze hand sanitizer

Purchased 2 bottles of Bahama Bo's Ocean Breeze Hand Sanitizer at $5.99 per bottle. Both were unusable. The smell was repellant and the liquid was sticky. I could not return due to covid-19 policy.

Buyers? product checkers?

I have trusted Stop and Shop to sell top quality products. Not anymore.
