I went in for JUST an oil change that is ALL. I walked out after my car being there for being at the Mavis for 4+ hours and noticed my car was making weird noises and found one of the staffs number in my car saying "Call me, Mike :)". When I got home I realized there was a nail in my tire. They also told me I needed new shocks, but I never asked for them to look or do anything other than JUST AN OIL CHANGE. Upon picking up my car, the staff asked me if I worked at Starbucks due to my soon being in my TRUNK. They made me extremely uncomfortable. Why were they in my trunk? Why were they looking at my shocks? Why was this mans number in my car? I think the nail was purposely placed in my tire in order for me to come back to the Mavis to get it patched so this "Mike" guy can see me again. I'm extremely uncomfortable and very upset with the condition of my car. I also believe they over charged me for my oil. I looked over my bill and the total came to 88.88 dollars and looking at it even closer they charged me for a brake check when I again ONLY WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE.
