Mavis Discount Tire

On 11/15/20 @ 1:45, I called Mavis in Liverpool, NY, phone # [protected] and they emailed me a work order #115535, and told me to come up and they would get me right in. I arrived at 2:30, and they told me it would be a coulpe hours. When I told him, I was just told on the phone by a female employee (who I could hear in the garage) that they can get me right in. I couldn't wait for a couple hours, so the manager told me, he could schedule me in the following day at 3:15 when I got out of work, and that he would make sure they got me right in. When I arrived the next day at 3:15, he told me he wouldn't be able to get me in for a couple hours. Speaking with this manager was frustrating, mainly because of his unprofessionalism, his lack of cordial communication skills which went with his ineptness. My biggest complaint though, is how mavis had no regard for my time, gas, or of me as a customer.
