The worse service ever and a rip off, the money I spent $13,557.39 to locate a draw only caused more issues which I never had the whole time owning the vehicle. Things stopped working my A/C blowing out hot air, parts loose or completely emptied. I can't see how major issues were ignored and suggested repairs for items that could have waited. A week later heading to work and my truck over heats and shuts off. Once contacted dealership on this matter had the nerve to quote me a price to fix all these problems that occurred after they had my vehicle for 2 weeks. Every time my truck has been service at the dealership, end up spending excessive money! I don't care and want to hear about how long a vehicle has been owned, it's brought in for maintenance and that's what should be done. The customer should not have to tell you about a problem, once you get the vehicle...INSPECT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM! I towed the vehicle from Land Rover Huntington and had it repaired by an outside mechanic, who made me aware that parts were taken off the truck and missing (roller bearing and ilder pulley and timing chain cover) Those things don’t just fall off. That means my truck was taken apart and not put back the way it was suppose to be further causing the issues that occurred. He was able to get me back and running in 3 days for $8,000.00 dollars less then what I was charged at Land Rover Huntington! 😡😡😡Plus staff are not interactive and can never reach or get a call back.
