My roofer has told us we have faulty roof shingles that we had him purchased to shingle our roof. He has stated to us the reason we have leaks in our house is because of the shingles not sealing like they were suppose to. Well, Now I have damaged ceilings in several places and I have so far 2 walls that have water damage to them. Our roofer stated we should file a complaint because of the faulty shingles and the damage it has caused. PLEASE HELP I want the leaks stopped! Our roofer stated he can not do any work or it will null and void the warranty, meantime my home is becoming damaged...I just want to cry. Please help us get the roof shingles fixed and the damages to our bathroom, livingroom and rafters fixed that the leaking has caused.
