Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have an account with Firestone for years. I have got tires for years and get the warranty on my tires. I went yesterday to have air put in my tires. Got told I had to make an appointment for air. And a work order had to be made for putting air in my tires. I asked why they would just have me drive up to the bay and put air in, have the warranty on my tires and was told they have new rules. I has not happy about how I got treated. I left with on air in my tires.
