We ordered a gas range in store from Lowes 7/20/20. It was a price match item. At the register Lowes would not give us the normal 5 % off on the Lowes credit card which is why we purchased the credit card in the first place. I called the store the next day to change the purchase to an airline credit card because really using the Lowes card without the 5% off is not a price match guarantee. Customer service does not answer the phone at Lowes. We have been in the store and with two employees at the service desk, not always helping customers, they cannot answer the phone? I was on hold 45 min., 35 min. and 25 min. I finally got someone to answer the phone in the delivery dept. After all the waiting, I just wanted to cancel the purchase, so the employee who answered said he canceled the purchase. I looked at the order status today and the order has not been canceled.
