store address 2458 Delaware Ave 14216. the side of store on Tacoma Ave is never mowed, grass and weeds is now knee high with loads of garbage, debris, paper cups you name it it's in there. last year I had to go there and ask when they intend to cut grass and now here I am again this year. it's a small area that spans the length of the store and maybe 5 feet from sidewalk to building. I complained around noon today and told the manager I was contacting corporate. apparently someone goes outside a couple times daily to sweep up at the entrance to the store but they must not know that the side of building is their responsibility too. same goes for snow in the winter, they don't shovel the sidewalk and snow mounts up sometimes to 3 feet maybe more. anybody walking to the corner or going to the store is forced to go into the street to get to the driveway so they can get to the door. there's always panhandlers hanging outside and they bombard you before you reach the door for money, cigarettes or asking you to buy beer for them. at any given time there's 5 or 6 of them there. they wait at the corner until your car stops at the light then they bang on your windows looking for money. a few of them will stand in front of your car so you can't move. the police are very aware of the loitering that is happening there but unless they're breaking the law there's nothing that can be done. the city has housed a couple hundred of these people in 3 apartment buildings across the street but dow a little further than the store so that is where all of this is coming from. it's a dangerous situation for customers trying to enter and leave the store. please if you could, do something about all of this but also maybe they could get a lawn service to keep the outside clean and free of the garbage that is always there. my name is velia avvisato my phone number is [protected], I would be happy to discuss this issue with someone, thank you
