I visited Outback steak house at gateway mall
Tuesday the 16th of 2023 in the afternoon, I just got promoted from being a police officer to a sergeant so my daughters and I were excited to celebrate.. we sat at the bar for approximately 10 minutes till (Kojo Akhiwu) the bartender then showed up from the kitchen putting menus down rudely infront of us and said “ What You Want? “ I then repeated and said “ Excuse Me What Do I Want “ He then replied yes what do you want again me thinking he would of probably corrected the way he approached us he had an attitude. He literally ruined my whole mood my daughters were so upset we went from going to celebrate to us being treated like garbage. The host Tee witnessed the whole situation. Me and my daughters were about to walk out we then went in and decided to sit at a table instead we sat with server named Gigi she was phenomenal amazing sweet and attentive.. The manager then came to the table and took off 1 lunch meal off our bill and apologized
