I previously wrote requesting a corrected receipt. My request was ignored. I just want to inform you that I will never spend my money in your store ever again. I will inform everyone I come in contact with to do the same.

On 2/18/2023, I purchased 4 tires at one of your stores in Brooklyn. The clerk never asked me if any of my information changed. I didn't realize that the store receipt must match the rebate redemption form exactly. I did go back to the store to get a revised receipt but that clerk couldn't give me a corrected receipt. I'm asking if you can forward me a corrected receipt by email.

The corrected receipt must read my current address. The clerk was able to change the information in the computer but could not generate a new receipt with my current address. All I need is a new receipt to get my rebate. I wrote your corporate office the last week in February but all they did was acknowledge my email.
Please, I have until the end of this month to collect the rebate.
