Popeyes

I have been a loyal customer to Popeye's for the last ten years none withstanding the lack of air conditioner in the Summertime at this establishment. The location itself is 60 Metropolitan Oval in Bronx, NY 10462.
I experience yesterday a situation that is forcing me to make my first, and hopefully my last complaint.
The long wait is a constant, or has become one. The service, at one time that had excel at customer service (multiple people working at the counter) yesterday had only two (2) people working (skeleton crew during lunch time?).
The cashier was sooooo slow that I took pity and the assistant went above and beyond to take care of the setting up the orders from both within the restaurant to outside orders.
The quality of the food was horrid. A mashed potatoes that was almost liquify and the chicken sandwich that have shrink and burn.
If this pattern continues, and most people tend not to complain, the business will go down the drain.
