Heavily smoked in mobile homes. The living/dining room did not look like they had cleaned/whitened the ceiling. Still resembled yellow coated dirty teeth/dentures. I tried to get them to return to fix it “like it never happened” their motto. But no one coming as of yet- costs too much not to be satisfactory. Surely they have a -bleach or peroxide- sort of whitening agent. They came on a Friday and left the ozone machine through the weekend. But ceiling still look bad. I’m wondering since I could not stay to supervise if it was even done. They setup a camera on tripod early in the day. But not providing evidence either that the ceiling was even done. Other people asked me if they tried to steam it off- but they told me they don’t.
