Mid 2019 i had brought my mustang with speciality rims to be mounted an balanced on tires only to recieve my rims 100% damaged due to improper mounting as to which the manager at the time jimmy fired the employee on the spot and told us to find rims per cost of the damaged rims which cost 3600 due to the company is flordia based an they would order an replace them. I had brought a site with rims i found i had liked to replace them which was was under the cost of the damaged rims only to have them not ordered an situation unresolved as to which some employees that are still there remember an have left multiple messages to former manager jimmy as his position was moved up to contact me about resolving the issue to which at this point id like to be reimbursed for the rims as they are not making any attempt to contact or reslove the issue an ive given plenty of time as well as trying to bring another vehicle to be inspected an wait an was told by same place they were only doing drop off only requiring me to travel farther to get my other vehicle inspected.
