I have been on hold with CVS for about 45 minutes in total. I keep calling every now and then hoping it'll make a difference but nope. It's a pretty important question I have too. It's ridiculous that nobody will answer the phone for that long. No CVS has ever given me a problem except this one too. I've had problems with picking up my medication as well. They always say it is not ready to be picked up. But i'm persistent & tell them that it is ready, one time it was in fact late. Sometimes they will correct their mistake other times not and I have to wait.
