Good morning,
I'm writing in to complain about the level of service I received while in Las Vegas over this past weekend. I treated a group of cheerleaders to lunch and they'd chosen to eat at Sonic. When I ordered the food for the girls, the order taker was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked to repeat the order, I was told to "read the screen." I knew that I could check by simply scrolling down, but it was inconvenient because the order was large. My attempt was to avoid mistakes and that's exactly what happened. While waiting for the food to be prepared, we'd seen a Caucasian lady exit the restroom. When asked for access to the restroom moments later, we were told that the restroom was closed. Once the order arrived, there were several mistakes like wrong drinks and food and there was even hair in one of the chicken dinners. I pressed the button for service and after having the group wait for over 20 minutes, was told that a refund of the dinner was not approved by the General Manager. We were told that the order had to be remade. There was no apology provided. The entire group (3 cars) waited several more minutes for the food to be picked up at the window.
