Rent-A-Center - Agreement [protected]

On [protected] I put in a request for a Queen bed with mattress, platform and headboard. It was a special online and the cost for 2 weeks would total $25.00 which was paid on [protected]. I have attached the receipt. After payment I did not receive a phone call only an email and I had to call the store to get the following information. On 8-21 I was scheduled for a delivery so I took PTO time to be home. About an hour before delivery I sent a message to ask if possible please give me 10mmins advance to put my dog away. I was told that delivery was not happening due to documents not being given or signed... I was never ever made aware of such documents. I sent information requested and I was told that they could not deliver until 8-29 so I asked if I could pick it up sooner to which they advised yes. I went to the store on 2 occasions only to find it was closed early and finally on 8-28 I met with someone in the store. He advised that I could not pick up due to them not having all my documents... again I was never made aware of this and gave everything requested prior. I gave additional documents and was able to pick up the bed minus the headboard as it would fit on 8-30. Once home I realised that the headboard was just too big for the room and let the store know I would return the end piece and to please update the cost. I took the item back to the store and was advised that due to lack of info they would start my PAID 2 weeks on 9-1 and my next payment due would be 9-15.

I was checking through my emails and noticed that a payment was processed on 8-31 in the amount of $92.19... not an amount I was ever expecting and not on the signed agreement. I also noticed that after removing auto-pay it was put into Auto-pay again without my consent. I removed Auto-pay again and soon after it was once again added to my account so I called the store. I was told that a refund would be made in the amount of $92.19 as I hadnt even had the items for a week yet and I had already paid for 2. I was also told that the payment amount would be lower and a new contract would be sent to me soon. A contract was sent and I waited to sign after I received a refund but this never happened. I callled the store and was asked to call back in 20mins and when I did there was no answer. Now I am showing I am in defualt as yet another payment was trying to come out of my account and I havent even had the partial items for 2 weeks. I have paid for 4 weeks already and additional funds were taken for?

Also, why am I being Auto-pay drafted after I have removed Auto-pay several times? This is Fraudulent and should not be possible without my consent. I have emails to show each and every time this happens if needed.

In a nutshell I have paid for a mattress and metal platform = $117.19 8-31 and I only had the items for 3 days. Now I am showing I am in default? I was under the impression I was getting a refund not another charge. Can someone please help me in anyway possible. I have blocked Rent-a-Center from taking any funds as I have not authorized any payments or even signed a new contract.

Desired outcome: Refund of all payments made and removal of my information. I am taking legal action for anything else.
