This happened at Quest on West Tropical in Las Vegas, NV on 3/22/22 at approximately 10:00 am.
The one lady working the front desk (sitting to the left when you face the desk) was extremely rude to two patients while I was in the waiting area. She practically yelled at one lady telling her she needed a second opinion instead of just helping her with her doctor’s request to redo a test. The patient said her doctor told her the test results weren’t accurate. The employee told her they were and she needed to get a second opinion because her doctor was wrong. She was loud and rude. I felt very badly for this patient. This employee was so disrespectful and unnecessarily aggressive and rude. I will not return to this location. She was equally rude to another patient which tells me there are most likely many incidents like the ones I witnessed.
Desired outcome: Train your employees to be respectful and helpful or fire them and hire someone who can do a better job and show some compassion and respect.
