1 cashier who had a complaining customer & was asked to call a manager, the manager then deferred the line stating, “We don’t take orders here you need to use the touch pad” I placed my order not really knowing how to use the machine and used my app for my $1 fries and meal but when prompted to pay I wasn’t able to navigate and now there was a line for the cashier who is now taking orders, so after waiting 10 minutes we attempted again while I waited for help but now the machine said we already used the coupon. We left very upset.
Desired outcome: Teach your workers to pull customers with complaints to the side in order to help waiting customers and there should be someone available to help customers with the tab devices as they are awful to use.
