Budget Rent A Car

My original booking (booking #[protected]) through Cheap Air for my rental car showed a charge of 272.47. When I picked up our car the estimate I received showed a price of About 150, which was about the price I was quoted for the rental so I wan not alarmed. When I had to extend the rental because our flight was cancelled I found out the estimated receipt was not for my car but for some one else, which I didnt notice.

I declined all the insurance, which I am also disputing with my credit card provider. The quote for the car through Cheap Air totaled 272.42, of which I paid 18.95 at the time of booking. When I turned in my rental car I was charged 720.59. How does that happen. How can you quote me a price of 272.42, then I get scammed for thee times as much. Shouldn't the taxes and surcharges you include cover all the state and local charges? First time booking with Cheap Air and I will never book through Cheap Air again.
