AutoNation - cancel service
I purchased a 2018 toyota corolla on nov 29th. I was pressured in to buying a vehicle care protection plan. The next day I returned to Auto nation trying to cancel the contract. The sales manager said it was impossible to cancel once it was done. it had been less than 24hrs. I then called Auto nation direct . I received a text message saying they would handle the cancellation, 11 days later, still no response. My car sticker priced of car 14, 991 on black Friday. after putting down 2, 000 cash and a trade in, and having a credit score of over 750. Not even 3 weeks later, they are asking for 20, 000 to pay off car.
