For the past 3 months with all this Covid-19 havoc, I understand that there are long wait times to get food.
Working for an Essential corporation, I was in need of feeding my family on a budget. But my experiences with in the past 2 months for a fast food place was inexcusable! It wasn't the food quality, it was the evening manager's attitude and argumentative voice.
She wouldn't give me her name but the cashier was Jacqueline (name on receipt) who worked between the hours of 4pm - 7 pm cause that's approximate time I got off work. See dates as follows:
April 8th - was missing my extra large coleslaw/mashed potatoes & 5 count of jalapeno peppers for a family meal that was totaled over $42.00 (called no answer - went to a recording)
April 23rd - Family Meal purchased, missing 5 count of Jalapeno Peppers and no biscuits. Same I called no answer - recording only.
May 10th - Family Meal again. No Jalapeno peppers - Mother's day and I was furious. Called no answer!
June 15th - Family Meal again. This time I requested to speak with manager whom came to drive thru window. I went over the many times my order had been messed up. She argued called me a liar. I PAID for my meal. I'll be damned if they forgot to put in my Jalapeno Peppers AGAIN! I called she answered argued stated was in the bag. I told her it was not! She argued which lead to my hanging up.
What kind of Managers do you have for your store! I have a family of 9 so I pay well over $40 for a family meal.
