Church's Chicken

On January 30th at 8:15pm, we arrived to pick up or food order that was ready at 8:12pm. The order had not been fulfilled completely due to them not having supplies needed. "They were out of almost everything." As we stood at counter trying to figure out how to get refund, we noticed they were cleaning up and closing 45 minutes early. Another disturbing item noticed was that a large bag or order was sitting on counter filled and was picked up by someone that was clearly a friend or at least someone they knew.

Ultimately, we got nothing from our order and could not get a refund; not through the app, not contacting customer service via 3 emails, and not in store while we were there! We have heard nothing back from Churches Chicken after the 3 emails and in app review an in app notice via contact us link and 2 complaints in app.

I went in the store on April 27th, 2015 around 9:30, to buy two tender sandwiches and the lady that was at front counter had the nerve of telling me that they werent able to make the sandwiches because the stove was "off" and couldnt cook any more tenders when clearly i was seeing the stove on. I would know because i worked at this churchs for about 1½ years. The lady was really rude and they should really have people that are willing on working untill the store is closed. If they close at 10, then they
should have everything untill 10 . I would
understand if the stoves were actually off but i clearly saw
how the fryer said "ready".
