On December 26, 2022, I had my receipt of purchase, Laura the store manager in Alb., NM at the location on 528 refused my refund due to her unprofessionalism and horrible mood. There are people who return merchandise in worse condition than 2 small dog hair on product. She spoke with disrespect and arrogance towards me. She thought she was talking down to some poor soul who would take her rudeness and walk away due to her laziness to process a refund. I am a profession woman who makes at least 4xs her wage, I also have 2 master's degrees one in accounting the other in business management.
There were witnesses that were the cashiers, you could tell they walked on eggshells around Laura. They didn't dare cross her knowing they would have to suffer her wrath.
I am a loyal customer of Burlington Coat; I am expecting to get an apology as well as my refund.
