Order#111297 3:36:23pm cashier - Chelsea was great
The employee that took my order was excellent. The employee that was finishing the food was the problem. I had to wait awhile for the nacho fries so 2 orders were up at the same time. He packed 2 bags & plopped them on the counter and called Dave. They were the people after me. The women went to pick up the Dave's order and had to ask which bag was hers. He pointed from a distance to hers. Now a bag is sitting on the counter after a few minutes I asked the cashier "do you think this is my order". She checked and said yes. I asked her why he never called my name or told me it was ready as I had been standing waiting. She apologized & gave it to me. I saw her telling I assume a supervisor and I told her the situation she apologized and told me she would talk to him. He was standing there & never made eye contact with me & never said sorry. I got home and unwrapped my steak soft taco which I paid extra for guacamole. The outside of one side of the shell was covered in the guacamole which he put on it. This was on 2 Steak soft tacos. Unfortunately this employee doesn't like his job and has no customer skills. I go to this restaurant all the time & the employees are great. Please contact me [protected]@verizon.net as I feel I should be reimbursed for the 2 tacos with guacamole that I could not eat.
