I have taken my vehicles to Mavis for a few years now and their prices have always been fair and their service is excellent.
This time my daughter took the car to a different location because of the convenience. The location is less than a block from her place of work.
The price to remove and replace a cabin air filter is not justified.
The cabin air filter costs $28.02
The price to remove and replace the cabin air filter cost $72.00
My daughter dropped off and picked the car at the establishment.
I hope her age and gender did not influence the calculations of the invoice.
Desired outcome: Would like to be refunded or credited for the $72.00
