Hi! I ordered from a nearby mall in new jersey. New york steak and bacon cheese fries, with the new york steak being edited. As first I was excited, but the bread that came with the sandwhich was a little too hard, therefore I only took about two bites and turned to the fries. Immediately when I tasted the fries I noticed they still tasted frozen, as if they were fresh out of the freezer. I gave them to my boyfriend and he tasted the same except the bottom fries were actually frozen
Desired outcome: i just want my money back or partial. i spend $15 on food that was hard and frozen and all thrown away.
