In a second bad experience with this attendant and station, I was charged 2.899/gal instead of advertised cash price of 2.299/gal. I've used Shell a long time, in part because of connection with Stop and Shop rewards. However, this attendant was beyond rude, including telling me I should go elsewhere when I asked about difference between sign and receipt (attached). The first bad experience was on 2/9 when this attendant told me my credit card didn't go through ("machine not working" not a credit card problem) and demanded cash though I was charged credit price. My financial loss is minimal but I'm sure this is happening to others. You've lost my business and that if my friends at this point.
