NJ Transit - monthly transit pass from metropark to new york city

Today May 1st I baying Transit Monthly Pass at Metro park Rail Stationin morning at 7.10AM and the sitting Clerk decline to accept my credit card and not given a Monthly Pass for NYC and Also the manger and Clerk both rundles behavior to me and I ask for Name they not given so I attached a copy of photos of both
Please note that I have buy same monthly pass from New York Penn station and No problem
I think both this lady misbehave to other customers also and request you to FIRE immediately or must be transferred
