In late February/March, I purchased a washer/dryer stackable from the Lowe's Paterson, NJ store. They kept calling me without delivery dates. It is now end of May/ beginning of June and I have yet another call that the product will not be delivered if anything by end of June. The customer service was horrible and I was told various time to be calm. I am the client and should not be told to stay calm. I was also told I would get weekly calls by Keith or Kevin and only have recieved two calls this entire time. I had asked various time for them to check other stores for availability. I went out of my way today, May 28th to a Lowe's near Wharton where I live and there were two in stock! Also, when trying to cancel my order on May 28, 2021 the lady in customer service told me I would have to come down to the store to cancel after almost 5 month of this nonsense.
Desired outcome: Credit of some sort.
