At 12:45 5/29/2023 I was attempting to purchase chicken with a coupon for a "mix" of 10 pieces or tenders. In my case 2 peaces and 8 tenders. Never had a problem before. He stated he could give both pieces and tenders. I simply said well it says mix and never had a problem before. He began talking to me like a 2-year-old so I said fine I will just get tenders but I would like the manager to take care of me because I didn't like being talked to like I am stupid. I think calm but to the point. He said it is on went for the door while wooing like rick flair. Employees pulled him to the back while he kept wooing. Ask who the manager was never got an answer. I stated this guy should be fired. Went to another location that processed the same coupon he said he couldn't with no problem.
