CVS

Went to the pharmacy to get diabetic syringes for my grandmother. I asked for the size she needed and was told they don't carry that size, yet it's a standard size that every pharmacy has. I worked at CVS pharmacy so why she lied to my face is beyond me. I proceed to ask her what size she does have and she responds with "I can't disclose that information." How can she not tell me what she has in stock if she doesn't have the size I need? Am I supposed to be a psychic? Take a wild guess and hope I'm correct the second time? Most ABSURD thing I have ever dealt with, even being a pharmacy technician for 5 years myself. Not sure why Mira decided to be a [censored] to me for no reason, but that customer service is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to drive 20 mins from my house just to avoid dealing with the miserable [censored] in the pharmacy. Such a shame when kindness is free.
