We were at a baseball tournament in Linden. In between games I took my sons team of 17yr olds (15 of them) to BWW for lunch. We sat down at 11:30am, and told the server, manager and hostess that we needed to leave at 2pm to drive to Staten Island for the championship game. All orders were placed by 11:50am. Waiting for food at 12:30, I asked the status of our meal, I was told by the served she was going to check. I asked again at 1pm, 1:30pm and 1:45pm. It is now 1:55 and 1/2 of our order came out, ICE COLD. The person who brought us the food said it was sitting in the window for over an hour. It was sent back because it was too cold to eat. I asked where the other half was and they said it was being worked on. We had to leave at 2 to to the game. So we had zero food to eat in 2 1/2 hours. I have been in the business for 30 years and was never treated that way, nor would I ever treat anyone who comes into my restaurant in such a way. Very poor customer service and I even had to pay for the drinks the kids had for that period of time. I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was too busy to come talk to me. Very disappointing visit to your restaurant.
