I had an appointment at 10AM, Monday morning, August 26...I arrived ten minutes before 10 and I was told that the tires wouldn't not be available until 1PM...(Proper protocol would be to make a phone call to any appointments for 10Am with an update, especially if the order was processed three days prior to the committment.) So again, one' o'clock came around, no phone call, so I called at 14:49 and it was a no answer quickly followed up with a return call from Mavis stating that my tires were now available. The Gist: Tires were installed, alignment was done incorrectly so I had to bring the vehicle back the morning after and here we're five days later and the alignment is the same as it was prior to Monday...Great tires by the way,
