I started using Mavis in May of this year. Had large service done, brakes, pads everything that has to do w/it along with a battery, etc.
On Labor day Sunday, I had two front tires installed on car & after a couple of days the tire light came on. Brought it back & they told me the valve in right tire was bad so they replaced it. Tire light was still on so brought it back the following day & they had car there a long time & told me the battery in sensor went bad. Personally, I think they broke the sensor & don't want to replace it because it costs a lot. Now it'll cost me money when I go to the dealer to have it replaced.
Also tried to tell me that my rear shocks were leaking. Had my brother look at it and there's no such thing wrong with the shocks.
All they try to do is make more money when you bring it in for one thing, seems like it's always something else.
I'm SICK of Mavis & won't be returning for anything. Will NOT recommend them to anyone I know.
Will also be reporting them to the BBB.
