I went to great clips in Bayonne NJ on December 31. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted. She did what she wanted. Messed up my hair really bad
I went to another place to see if they could fix it, the stylist said there is nothing he could do. I have to wait until it grows out. I have to walk around with my hair like this until it grows out. I didn't notice it at the salon until I went home to blow dry and style it for the new year Eve party I was attending. Everyone had something to say about it. My hair is short with side burns. She took a chunk out of one of the side burns which there is no way to fix or go in notice.
You have an absolutely ATROCIOUS business model. I've had several bad experiences at Great Clips, and I haven't even gotten a haircut there yet! The rudeness of the counter employee has caused me to walk out several times now. They ask you snottily if you signed in online, and when you respond in the negative or say you didn't know you needed to, their attitude becomes even more dismissive. Not everyone wants Gen. Z attitude with their haircut. There's a monitor that shows the wait time, which seems to be 40 minutes at a minimum, even though only one person is in a chair. I just returned a gift card for Great Clips to the relative who gave it to me for Christmas. I will never return to your business.
