Wendy's restaurant #[protected] @ 909 Central Ave. Dover, NH overcharged me for my order and did not fill the order as requested. On 12/03/2023 @ 1:18 P.M. I placed my order #1012 by Host Emily for a Classic Asiago Club sandwich and requested that I receive a Lg Choc FstyCrm Cold Brew for my drink (advertised in the store window for $2.00 any size) instead of a carbonated soda drink. I also requested a small fries instead of a medium or large. When the clerk {Emily} rang up my order she charged me $2.30 for the Lg Choc FstyCrm Cold Brew (even though it was advertised as $2.00 in the store window) and did not apply any credit for the included carbonated soda drink that I did not receive and an additional.30 cents for a medium fries upgrade that I did not order or desire. So, my nominal $10.89 meal (as advertised) plus applicable taxes ended up a total of $14.64 out the door. This is a deceptive trade practice and not acceptable.
I can readily get a full meal at a local sit down restaurant for that price with a waiter/waitress service and better food. Wendy's is not the quick, inexpensive or honest fast service restaurant that I had been use to previously.
