Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023 ; approx. 2:30pm. Fuel Station, Fargo, ND Sam's Club. I drove into the fuel station area, pulling up to the pump at the North-East corner of the station & pumps. It took me about 30-45 seconds after parking & turning my Honda Odyssey off to bring up the sams App on my phone to use to access the pump. I got out of my vehicle & as I turned to scan & use the pump their attendent ("Mio V.") stepped into the area, almost face to face with me, blocking me from scanning the QR on the pump, and telling me I had "pulled into the 'exit' area, you need to move and come back in the other way", at which point I asked him to step away from my personal space (which he did) & I said "What?" And this guy ("Mio V.") repeated it again & then moved & physically blocked the pump with his left hand over the QR code on the pump. At this moment I asked him to please move from obstructing the pump as I had limited time & needed to get some fuel & go, he repeated himself again & I expressed to him thank you for saying so, I'll get it next time & asked him Again to move, he refused & repeated himself yet again. By this time another vehicle (a black 4dr sedan) had pulled in at the pump behind (to the south) I was parked at & this "Mio V." character went over & began harassing that gentleman about the same concern, during that I scannned the QR code for the pump & tried to begin pumping my fuel, but nitwit "Mio V." after having chased off the other customer, returned to harassing me, saw I was authorizing the pump & exclaimed "Oh you don't want to obey, I'll turn the pump Off!" And he walked over to his hut or whatever their mini-building is went inside and turned the pump off just before I was going to pump fuel. I went to the hut, stated to him that he was behaving absurd & ridiculous and that I pay a membership fee to shop & fuel at sam's not to be harassed and he merely started refusing to turn the pump back on & harangue me about "membership agrrements & rules". At this point, being pressed for time I expressed to him he could either turn the pump back on or I could & would file customer-member complaints about him. Which this is. I also filled out a written complaint at the store with the supposed sam's club store manager "Jay". The behavior of this "Mio V." character to get in member-customers faces, haranguing them about which way/direction they pull into fuel at a pump is Ludicrously Absurd. During the incident, not only did he harass & chase away me and the gentleman in the 4-dr black sedan behind me, but also at least 1 other in white pickup, it was the definition of power-tripping over the top control freak behavior, Completely Unnecessary.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and this "Mio V." employee clearly needs to undergo retraining or further training on how to interact with customer-members.
