On Sept 2022 The manager assaulted me with food in my face withheld my order and kept my money. This happened a second time at the same restaurant five months later after I was told the questionable crew was terminated. These occurred at the 4510 Fayetteville location in South Raleigh NC location. And at the 8050 Ten Ten rd location they would take my money send me to wait in a parking space steal my money from the register and delete my order this happened three time and when I would ask for resolution I have images of what was served. A burger wit mouse feces, lint, vegetables that looked like they were retrieved from the garbage and hair on it drowned in mayo.

I have complained and no acceptable resolution was provided. I requested the franchise owner call me and it was denied.
