Harris Teeter

I am a grocery shopper in the Lake Norman area of NC.
I frequent Harris Teeter weekly and have become frustrated with the lack of mask enforcement by store managers.

I visited the Hwy 73 Denver store and Byers Creek in the last few weeks and during both trips encountered shopper without masks. On 1/25 I even spooke to a manager regarding this and received a very casual reply "if they have a medical situation we don't enforce it", yet they hadn't even asked the customer if that was the case.

Given the high-infection rate out country is in I ma disappointed in the casual attitude. Most shoppers have the ability to shop online for pick-up or at least wear a mask for the brief time in a store with no medical risk at all.

As a matter of fact I don't see this issue when visiting your local competition. I have also been in Publix and Food Lion in the last month with no incidents, so perhaps this is just a lack of enforcement by your local managers.
