Pizza Hut

One week ago my husband ordered Pizza Hut via delivery with absolutely no problems. Today I ordered delivery and was told we were out of the delivery range. The person put me on hold for 13 mins. I call back and no one picked up for 5 min listening to the automated system. I call back again they hang up immediately. And then I call again and the guy knows exactly who I am and acts as if nothing ever happened. I had to ask if I was going to get delivery or not before he got short with me asking "what do you want" and then "what's your payment." My husband said he would have called somewhere else a long time ago. This transaction doesn't look good for this branch because we live in a huge neighborhood Mallory Creek where I see the delivery cars all the time. The delivery circle needs to be clarified and if this was anyone else they probably would have called someone else or started yelling. It took 30 minutes to order.
