I ordered 4 Personal Plan meat overs and picked up my order through drive thru. The lady was trying to give me my order however it was difficult for her trying to hand me 4 Personal Pizza, so I said "could you please them in a bag", the lady said very rudely we have no bags. I order a lot of pizza there and she was the only one to say that in a rudely matter. So, I repeated it "could you please put in a bag".
The pizza was always great I visit there lots of times. Resolution:
A refund is not what I want the product was great, a coupon will be nice. She needs customer service training.
