I called Mavis to ask what tires they had available. I was told they could get me tires the same day if I came within 30 minutes. Due to living close by, I arrived within 15 minutes. After about an hour of my car being worked on, a supervisor asked if I was okay with coming back the next day for the alignment. I told him it was fine. When I returned the next day, I waited at the counter for nearly 15 minutes. An employee stopped by the desk and didn't even acknowledge me. He grabbed what he needed and walked back into the garage. Through the window I could see the mechanics out back playing frisbee. After standing for a bit longer with no help, I realized that the supervisor was asleep in the corner of the waiting room. I had to bang on the wall several time to wake him up. I also had to tell them twice to put the caps on the tires. They were not put on when I left the first day and I had to ask for them again when I returned on the second day. The service was horrible and I will never return.
