I ordered a Sonic Blast on the mobile app that said it would be ready at 10:04pm I arrived at 10:06 pm and pulled into stall 14 I had also ordered two drinks and when the guy brought them out to me he informed me that there blast machine was broken in which I could get a shake instead so I got a shake instead and waited 25 mins before clicking the button for the lady to say she wasn’t aware I was waiting on anything. Once I got my milkshake it was water and all the toppings were at the bottom the lady just stands there and doesn’t ask if I needed any napkins nothing she is just looking at me and my milkshake does not even look like a milkshake so I open the top and it’s so watered down it’s spilled all down the side of the cup and she said “That’s why you don’t do that.” This is not how you speak to a paying customer especially one that waited nearly 30 mins and still didn’t get a refund for having to wait and then having to settle for a milkshake that I ended up throwing in the trash.
